Synchronizing Slides

Synchronising Slides to Transcript:

Once the Video/Audio track and the scrolling Transcript have been synchronized, it is quite easy to create the settings for your slides also to appear in sync on the presentation screen. To begin synchronizing your slides with the scrolling Transcript, first click on the Synchronizer icon within Openworld FlashPresenter. Next, click on the "Slides" tab to get started, and follow the steps given below. The following illustration shows, at a glance, the steps involved in synchronizing slides to the Transcript:

Slide Synchronization

Select the first slide from the "Source Slide" menu on the Synchronizer page

Drag and drop the selected slide onto the first paragraph of your Transcript.

Continue to select each slide and drop it onto the relevant Transcript paragraph until all the slides have been done.

Note: The slide marker appears right next to the Topic/Sub-topic heading, indicating the preset time for the slide and related text to appear on screen when the movie begins to play.
